✓ Punctual, energetic, and committed to assigned shift duties.
✓ Attend mandatory pre-event crew orientation briefing.
✓ Respect guest safety, festival guidelines, and crew code of conduct.
✓ Wear official AFROCOAST Crew shirt during assigned shifts.
